Så er den anden udgave af Dry Magazine ude, og ligeså er mit interview med Agnes Stjernfelt. I kan læse det og resten af Dry, som også er super lækkert, lige her.

KOEB-EN-HAVN

Endnu engang vil jeg bare minde jer om hvad der sker, ovre på min tumblr. Hvis du er glad for København og trænger til inspiration til en gåtur eller lignende, så kig forbi lige her!

Ville bare lige tippe jer om min nye tumblr. Jeg bevæger mig meget rundt i København og falder tit over fine detaljer eller bare smukke omgivelser, og nu følte jeg det var på tide, at mine billeder blev brugt til noget. Opdaterer så ofte som jeg tager billeder - det eneste problem jeg har lige nu, er at jeg ikke helt kan regne ud hvordan jeg får tekst til at dukke op, når man klikker på billederne. Ville gerne kunne skrive adresser på hvor de forskellige billeder er taget, men tumblr virker ikke rigtigt til at give mulighed for at man skriver noget tekst eller en overskrift til billederne. Er der nogen, der ved hvordan man kan gøre dette? Indtil jeg får det fikset kan I dog se en foreløbig version lige her.

*Edit: To timer senere, og jeg har både løst mit problem og ændret design 700 gange. Er stadig ikke heelt tilfreds, men nu må vi se hvad det bliver til.

SHADOWS

Just found these pictures from my old blog... I tried experimenting with light and shadows, and I actually think they turned out quite pretty. I just had the ring lying on my table when the sun shone through it - It's funny how coincidences can make something beautiful.

GORGOSAURUS

After dragging out showing of my drawings in here, I've finally decided to stop being such a perfectionist and just start sharing my things with you guys. This is a drawing I made for one of my friends - he wanted a tattoo of a gorgosaurus fossil, and send me some pictures for inspiration. As you can see, the drawing is almost completely like this picture (although I did have to add some features myself - e.g. the missing arm), so this isn't one of my most creative drawings. Despite of that, I'm still very proud of it - it's not everyday that you get to have something you've made tattooed on another person. As you can probably see, I like my drawings, just as I like art - inspired by nature and natural science. My favourite kind of illustrations are 15th - 19th century natural science illustrations, and therefore I try to make my own drawings as naturalistic as possible. What do you think of this kind of style? I know a lot of other fashion bloggers out there do drawings of models and such - I do that as well, but I thought this would be a bit funnier to show you guys?

ORCHID DRAWING

Thought I'd drop by with a picture of one of my drawings. It's only a project - and it's definitely not finished, 'cause I'm not that pleased with the very graphic look it has right now. I think I want it to look more oriental, so maybe I'll try something with ink or water colours. Not sure just yet - what do you guys think? Although not very visible on this picture, the petals are filled in with a picture of water.

GLITTERING

As winter approaches I feel like wearing more knits with extreme jewellery to pep it up a bit. This one's still one of my favourites - I like that something as simple as a stone can be so beautiful.

BEETLES

No posting for a while in here, which is explained by the fact that I'm a bit stressed out; My studies begin on wednesday, I just got an apartment, and summer vacation is almost over, so I took time to enjoy the weather and finish of some projects. I usually get like 30 ideas in a row, so it's hard to get them all finished, and then when I finally am, I get these dry spells where nothing comes up. Irritating, but I guess it's good to take some breaks once in a while. The picture is of one of my projects right now - there's going to be more about it in here, but for now this will function as a tiny teaser. Hope you guys are enjoying the nice weather, and if you (like me) are stuck inside, give this song a listen, it definitely brightened up my day!

OLD PROJECTS: ANATOMY

So, in the absence of me, here's one of my old projects. I made the drawing myself, which took a really, really long time, but I find human anatomy really interesting. The text explains what you see on the picture, and even though I didn't really like how the typing ended up, I ttill think it was one of my better creations. Do you guys like it? 

OLD PROJECTS

Not one of my most creative creations, since it mainly consists of an already made pendant, that I just customized with different pictures. Still one of my favourite pieces of jewellery though - I like the versatility, and the fact that I am able to walk around with a small window containing something beautiful and personal.

Do you like them? I love the picture of the naked woman on the lion - fragile, but strong. I don't know who's it is though, maybe you can help me? I thought of Helmut Newton, but I can't seem to find any confirmation of that.
